Spokane Roofing Company installed 2,500 square-feet of fully-adhered GAF® Everguard® TPO 60-mil membrane roofing and prefabricated TPO accessories, over a 12-year old, gray, single-ply, membrane roofing system in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. Spokane Roofing heat welded the TPO membrane to TPO clad metal at the roof edges. Terminating the TPO membrane with clad metal ensured a watertight edge and blended perfectly with the home’s clad metal balconies.
